Moreton-in-Marsh Community Hospital

Moreton-in-Marsh Community Hospital is a two storey building constructed on a greenfield site, set around a central hub which forms the entrance and reception area.  Two linear accommodation wings radiate from the hub and provide a comprehensive outpatient department, therapies units, minor injuries unit, radiology department and on the first floor a 20 bed in-patient department.

Berkeley Vale Community Hospital

Berkeley Vale Community Hospital was developed on a brownfield site in Dursley, Gloucestershire, providing similar primary care accommodation for the local community, and designed around a landscaped courtyard.


Both hospitals achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and provide much needed new facilities to the latest NHS Primary Care guidelines set out in HBN11.

In addition to the civil and structural design, clarkebond provided site investigation services, traffic impact assessments, flood risk assessments and flood alleviation measures.
