Dudley House

Dudley House

The Dudley House development in Paddington Basin, London for City West homes will provide over 206 residential units (a mix of public and private) across three tower blocks, varying in height from 10 to 16 storeys.

Proposals for the design include a single storey basement, covering the full area of the site, bound by Wharf Road to the south and west and the Munkenbeck & Marshall building to the north and east. A ground floor podium slab suspended over the basement below links the three blocks together providing public space and allowing access to the blocks and commercial/community units at ground floor.

Located close to the Regent's canal and Paddington station the constrained site is occupied by post war buildings to be demolished. The final scheme will be designed to meet the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, as a minimum.
