EDF
Located on a prime site, adjacent to the M5/A30 junction on Exeter Business Park, this new headquarters building for EDF provides over 8000m2 of accommodation across four levels.
The structure comprises a steel frame across all levels with external elevations clad in mixture of composite profiled metal cladding, terracotta rainscreen and brickwork. The project design encompassed the infrastructure design to the building, including the design access roads.
The building has a 'very good' BREEAM rating.
