The structure incorporates an insitu concrete transfer deck at first floor which supports the seven levels of accommodation and enables the design of a large open area at ground level accommodating the reception, restaurant and bar.
The bedrooms are constructed with precast concrete walls and floors and bathroom pods with upper levels adopt a slightly different module for family rooms.
