Located close to Rodden Brook in the town of Frome in Somerset, the design of this new store required extensive environmental and highway works.

Environmental improvements included realignment of the existing watercourse, creation of a new flood plain linking to the River Frome, together with new permanent ponds and woodlands and a managed habitat for water voles, otters and badgers.

Highway improvements included a new bridge spanning the flood plain to provide access to the site allowing access to the site, and a new roundabout, road widening and junction works.
