The redevelopment of this former brewery, a 3ha site adjacent to the MEN arena in central Manchester will create a vibrant new quarter for the city.
The scheme, one of the largest in the north of England with be transformed into mixed use destination with offices, a hotel, micro-brewery and retail focussed around a new pedestrian square.
