Developed by Terrace Hill on the SA1 site in Swansea - a redevelopment of the existing dock area including the restoration of historic buildings and construction of new residential and office buildings - this 4,473m2 scheme provides office accommodation across three levels with undercroft parking.
Located on the main entrance route to the dockland regeneration the dramatic curved L-shaped design with a combination of glazing and rendered blockwork facades commands views across the old docks and the new development.
The structure - a reinforced concrete slab frame - provides maximum floor to ceiling heights and flexible servicing arrangement allowing the building to accommodate more than one occupier. The project was awarded a BREEAM 'very good' rating.
