Finzels Reach
Finzels Reach is major £225m development for Bristol city centre, occupying 2.3ha of the Redcliffe conservation area, formerly occupied by a brewery. The scheme incorporates offices, leisure, retail, restaurants, 384 residential apartments and a microbrewery, maintaining the site connections.
Integrating the historic industrial buildings with new 21st living spaces involves major structural refurbishment works, the retention of existing facades and demolition and repair to an existing harbour wall. The restoration of medieval walkways and the construction of a new cycle and pedestrian bridge will connect the development to the city.
