A combination of design and innovative construction techniques Clarke Bond significantly reduced the programme for this key site in west London, bringing forward the sales targets for the 446 apartments by 12 months.

The £37m development, two 14 storey buildings and associated retail and car parking, is constructed using reinforced concrete frames with flat slab floors, clad in a combination of masonry, rainscreen and zinc panels. Each apartment has cantilevered balconies, retrofitted on the concrete structure by casting connection plates.
