Private Investor Secures Future of Engineering and Management Consultants with Eye on Future Growth

Inspiration Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Engineering and Management Consultants, clarkebond, securing the company's future and opening the door for future growth and expansion.

Private Investor Thomas Anderson is behind the deal which will see the business consolidated into four offices in the UK and Abu Dhabi.

The multi-disciplinary engineering and management consultancy providing civil, structural, geoenvironmental and management and implementation services across the UK and Middle East, will continue business operations as usual under the new ownership.

Andrew Whitehead joins as Operations Director, overseeing day-to-day running of the business.  Andrew said : "Clarkebond is a company with huge potential for continued success and future growth, which I'm delighted to have the opportunity to be part of."

The acquisition was completed on 16 September 2011.
