Developed for Castlemore Securities in the north shore zone of the SWRDA/Castlemore SecuritiesTemple Quay development in Bristol, this speculative office development provides 5,879m2 of office space across six storeys.
Constructed within a tight site located between two public highways the concrete frame design with post tensioned floors is supported by temporary sheet piling to the south and north. Externally the design incorporates a rendered facade and Clarke Bond-designed precast units and fittings to first level. A 'green wall' is incorporated to the courtyard facade shared with the adjacent hotel, also designed by Clarke Bond.
