St Petersfield, Ashton-under-Lyne
The first project of a major regeneration development with a total of 20,000m2 of high quality office accommodation on the periphery of the town centre with Ask Property Developments as the client and Eric Wright Construction as the contractor for this building.
The three storey building has a steel frame and features a rendered panelised cladding system.
The site, located on one of the main approaches to the town, was extensively developed in the past and ground improvement techniques were used to achieve a consistent foundation formation.
